We intentionally don’t call this position “Inside Sales,” because you’ll be doing so much more. As our Internal Sales Expert, you’ll be a key player in our organization. You love bringing structure, handling administrative processes with precision, and guiding customers from A to Z.

🧩 Your Responsibilities

Commercial & Customer-Focused Tasks:

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and retailers.
• Proactively reach out to identify new sales opportunities.
• Advise customers on our products, collections, and promotions.
• Think strategically about customer needs and how we can support them.

Administrative & Internal Sales Tasks:

• Manage customer orders from A to Z with care and accuracy.
• Follow up on daily customer communication by email and phone with precision and appropriate advice.
• Work closely with all departments within the company.
• Support invoicing, payments, returns, and after-sales service.

✅ You’re our ideal candidate if you:
• Have a passion for administration and gain energy from it.
• Both socially skilled and customer-focused, with strong communication abilities.
• Communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English (German is a plus).
• Work with accuracy and easily maintain an overview.
• Are a positive team player, but also function well independently.
• Are curious, eager to learn, and thrive in a company that's always evolving.
